In the unfortunate event, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will issue a refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving the package. No money will be returned until the product is back in my shop. You will be responsible for all shipping fees back to me.


I do guarantee my work, but I am human and acknowledge that I could miss a chip, crack, or blemish. In that event I will happily replace, repair or refund at my own cost. In the event that the button is damaged on your watch many times it can be fixed. Feel free to reach out to me. 


All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of receipt via USPS
